Hey guys
Not a lot of time today but wanted to upload a picture of our Monday trip. This place is totally cool. These dudes totally cut up the mountain to be able to grow crops. The hike uphill was terrible but a lot of fun. This altitude kills ya. Until next time.

This is one of the ruin palaces that we visited today. Its called Sacsayhuaman. It is fantastic and I guess was only used three years before the Spaniards attacked and destroyed everything. Terrible. Check out the three different levels of walls. According to the guide this represents three different worlds the Inca people believed in. Interesting huh. The top was the world for the gods, second for the earth, and third for the dead. The rocks that make up the walls are incredible too. Each one is huge and is tightly packed so well that they withstand earthquakes like they were nothing. Speaking of huge, check me out. Maybe one of those Perubian tapeworms could help me out! Just kidding Mom.

Day 2 in Cuzco, Peru

Hey guys, this is a trip. I can´t believe how tired I am and I haven´t even hit Machu Picchu yet. The first day was a little rough for my companions so they spent the first day in bed with Altitude Sickness. Bogus but I was fine. Game On. This pic is of the little town of Cuzco ... 12,000 ft.

Well, I'm not getting this whole publishing thing. I've made all sorts of tweaks to my blog but nothing is working right. If I don't get this soon I'm going to scrap the whole project

Well, this is my first real blog work so stay tuned...I could get really bored and stop posting after a short time but I figured it would be a great method to log my Peru trip down and keep my peeps up to date on the Machu Picchu front.

Note, I'm not in Peru right now so no I did not take this pic.....yet.
